💩 How does scheduling work?

You pick the day you want us to come, and we’ll confirm the time on the day of your appointment based on our route. We do this to keep things efficient and group appointments within the same city.

🌧️ What happens if it rains or snows?

If it’s light rain, we’ll still scoop! But if the weather is pouring rain, heavy snow, or dangerous conditions, we’ll reschedule your appointment for the next available day.

🐶 Do I need to be home during the cleanup?

Nope! As long as your yard is accessible (gates unlocked, no angry guard dogs), we’ll get the job done while you go about your day.

🚛 What happens to the poop after you clean it up?

We bag it and leave it by your bins at the side of your house for free, OR we can take it away for an additional fee (starting at $30 for one-time cleanups).

💰 How do I pay?

We accept cash or e-transfer. Payments are due after each service unless you’ve prepaid for multiple visits.

📍 What areas do you serve?

We service Barrie and surrounding areas. If you're more than 20 minutes outside of Barrie, a small travel fee may apply.

🐕 What if I have more than one dog?

We charge a small fee per additional dog since, well… more dogs = more poop.

• +$5 per extra dog for weekly/bi-weekly service

• +$10 per extra dog for monthly cleanups

• +$20 per extra dog for one-time Spring Meltdown cleanups

⏳ How long does a cleanup take?

Regular visits: 10-20 minutes

Spring Meltdown deep cleans: 30-60 minutes (depending on how much of a winter mess we’re dealing with)

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Do you do commercial properties or apartment buildings?

We primarily focus on residential yards, but if you need apartment greenspace or dog park cleanup, contact us and we’ll see if we can work our magic.

🐾 Do you clean up after other animals?

We specialize in dog poop (it's what we do best), but if you have another cleanup need, just ask!
